Service. Agility. Performance.
Vance McCown Construction Co., Inc. was founded thirty years ago upon a simple premise: Provide the highest quality construction related services in the market, from site selection and owner representation to construction management and general contracting. In the past three decades, we have amassed an enviable record of completed projects and satisfied clients—as evidenced by our repeat business track record. VMC is about service, agility and performance.
Foundation for Success
VMC specializes in commercial, institutional and industrial construction. We work on any one of a number of service delivery methods (see “Services”), but the common thread in all of our work is open communication, both with the client and the range of collaborators any complex construction project requires.
At VMC, we get it, and we get it done. We realize that as the contractor, we must understand completely the needs and requirements of the owner, architect and engineer. Only then can we work effectively with the entire team so that the project fully satisfies the requirements of the owner—and owner satisfaction is at the root of all we do.
